Joey "Michael" Kehoe from an early age had been exposed to the construction and excavating trade. His father, in his later years was an equipment operator in Hingham at a gravel pit, along with his Uncle and Godfather. Joey got to ride along and was broken in on various pieces of equipment at an early age.

In 2018 after Joey now Joseph, had spent many years working for other contractors, saw an opening for a quality and trusted excavation contractor in the Pembroke area. Starting his business offering Title 5 Inspections, repairs and other small site services his company was successfully launched.

In 2020, the company kicked it into the next gear with Joe's newly acquired Hitachi excavator. This purchase allowed him to take on jobs of much larger magnitude than before. Septic system installations, sewer lines and excavations of all sizes were now offered. As the years went on septic system designs were offered as well.
